Banana-Cranberry Bread

Ingredients
- Flour 2 ½ cups
- Sugar 1 cup
- Baking Powder 3 ½ tsp.
- Cinnamon 1 tsp.
- Salt ½ tsp.
- Milk 1 ¼ cups
- Oil 8 Tbsp. (you can substitute for 4 Tbsps. oil and I container apple sauce)
- Eggs 3
- Bananas 2 large
- Nuts 1 cup
- Great Lakes International Trading Dried Cranberries- 1 cup
Instructions
- Spray 2 loaf pans with oil and dust with flour.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
- Set aside
- Mix the mashed bananas eggs, oil, milk.
- Combine with dry ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Add the nuts and the cranberries.
- Divide mixture into the 2 prepared loaf pans.
- Bake at 190°C (325° F) for 60 minutes.
