Sun Dried Tomato Cheddar Biscuits
  • 2 cups Baking Mix (Bisquick, Jiffy, etc.)
  • ⅔ cup Milk
  • ¾ cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • ¼ cup Great Lakes Sun Dried Tomatoes, finely diced
  • ¼ cup Butter, melted
  • ½ Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Parsley Flakes
  1. Preheat the oven at 450 degrees F. Stir together baking mix, milk, cheese and sun dried tomatoes. Drop dough onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Add garlic and parsley to the melted butter. As soon as the biscuits come out of the oven, brush with the melted butter.
