Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta Salad 2
  • 12oz Bow Tie Pasta
  • ⅓ cup Olive Oil
  • ⅓ cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 Green Onions, sliced
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp Dried Basil
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup Great Lakes Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Diced
  • 3.8 oz can Sliced Black Olives, drained
  • 15oz can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup Feta Cheese
  1. Combine olive oil, vinegar, garlic, green onions, salt and basil. Set aside. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and add to the dressing. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain again. Put the pasta in a large bowl. Add the dressing, olives, beans and feta cheese. Stir well. Cover and chill until time to serve.
