Apricot Butter

Ingredients
- ½ cup Butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 10 Great Lakes’ Dried Apricots
- ½ teaspoon Lemon zest
Instructions
- Dice apricots in a food processor.
- Add butter, honey and lemon zest.
- Process until well blended and fluffy.
- Serve with toast or biscuits.
